FAQ

  • What exactly is a “stack”?

A “stack” is just a fancy word for the combination of supplements, diet strategies, and exercise habits you put together to reach your goals. At BodyHackStack, we take the guesswork out by building stacks that are actually backed by research—not TikTok trends or flashy ads.

  • Do you sell supplements?

Nope. We don’t make or sell supplements ourselves. We recommend products from trusted brands we’d use personally, and sometimes those links are affiliate links (meaning we may earn a commission if you buy). This way, our only loyalty is to what works, not what we manufacture.

  • Is this medical advice?

Nope again. Everything here is educational and based on the best available research. We always encourage you to check in with a qualified healthcare provider before making big changes to your health routine. Think of BodyHackStack as your science-savvy friend, not your doctor.

  • Who is this site for?

Anyone who wants to cut through the hype and get to the good stuff. Our sweet spot is people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to stay strong, sharp, and healthy—without wasting time or money on things that don’t work.

  • How do I know you practice what you preach?

Easy—I live it. At 42, I’ve got the cardiovascular health of a 30-year-old, sit around 15% body fat at 225 pounds, and just finished a 220-mile bikepacking trip. I exercise daily, sauna multiple times a week, and follow the same evidence-based practices I share here.

  • Why should I trust BodyHackStack over other health sites?

Because we don’t play favorites. Most sites push what makes them the most money. I built BodyHackStack to do the opposite—recommend what’s best for you, not the brand. Our promise: if the science doesn’t back it, we won’t recommend it. Period.
